Haverstick and ASRC Awarded Contract to Manage NASA's Integrated Learning and Development Program


$50 million contract enables Haverstick to support NASA in providing career development through a variety of formal offline and online services

CINCINNATI and DAYTON, Ohio – October 20 2005 – Haverstick, Inc. and its business partner, ASRC Management Services (ARCMS), have been awarded a $50 million contract to manage NASA’s Integrated Learning and Development Program (ILDP). The contract, which runs through 2010, is the largest learning solutions contract ever awarded to Haverstick. Under terms of the agreement, Haverstick and ASRCMS will provide NASA’s staff with career development services, including formal classroom instruction, performance enhancement, online tools development and knowledge sharing forums and publications. ASRCMS, an SBA Certified 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) is headquartered in Anchorage, AK with its primary business office in Greenbelt, MD.

The objective of the ILDP is to help develop NASA’s world-class program and project managers and engineering practitioners. ILDP focuses on addressing the learning needs of individual engineers, project practitioners, as well as leveraging relations with the "best-of-breed" practitioners, and creating measurable efficiencies, which will significantly contribute to workforce’s effectiveness and directly impact NASA’s mission success. The organizations will also benchmark and promulgate best and emerging engineering and project management practices across the government, industry, academia and the private sector.
