Under this contract, we operate the Vocational Technical Rehabilitation Technical Assistance Center. We award contracts to expert technical assistance providers who deliver services to local and regional offices involved in providing employment opportunities to individuals. We are responsible for collecting the applications, reviewing the products, assuring customer satisfaction, and making payments for the government. This contract has been used by both the Department of Education and the Department of Labor.
