We have three acquisition-focused groups that make up the team serving the Naval Sea Systems Command.
Combat Systems Support This Group provides near-term and out-year planning, execution and tracking of all software, hardware and associated funding, supporting the United States Navy Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) and Advanced Combat Direction System (ACDS) Program Manager within the Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). Our analysts provide metrics, continuity of operations planning, contract performance assessment, acquisition and contractual support, including all formal program documentation for formal Department of Defense level milestone documentation and supporting briefings.
Additional support is provided for the contract and award-fee process, logistics and configuration management, training support services, and test and evaluation. Tasking for the Group includes systems engineering, project management, scheduling and planning, integrated logistics support, computer engineering, technical data management, configuration management, depot maintenance planning, fleet interface, and maintenance engineering. We support numerous systems, including Navy Tactical Data System, Rapid Anti-Ship Missile Integrated Defense System, Advanced Combat Direction System Block 0 and Block 1, and the Ship Self-Defense System MK 1 and MK 2 (all variants).
The Group is comprised of senior level engineers and analysts with significant experience in the systems supported and various other Naval weapon systems, many of whom have received recognition from the Program Office for their exemplary performance.
Land Attack Systems This Group meets the needs and exceeds the requirements of Naval Surface Fire Support and Land Attack acquisition by providing high-quality technical and management support with the quickest response time. Our clients include PEO Ships, PEO Integrated Warfare Systems, IWS3C, PMS 400B, and the AEGIS Weapon System offices responsible for the integration of gunnery systems and related fire control systems. We also assist in the implementation of the Naval Surface Fire Support (NSFS) mission including Gun Weapon System (GWS), Extended Range Guided Munition (ERGM) and the Naval Fires Control System (NFCS).
Our Land Attack Systems products include program planning, briefs, point papers, and reclamas, major program documentation generation, systems interface specifications, performance specifications, and requirements analysis. The personnel of the Land Attack Group combine over 54 years of Navy service and Combat System experience and over 84 years of Navy Contract Support experience. Our personnel also provide executive level assistance by handling a wide variety of situations that involve the administrative and managerial functions of the executive's office including scheduling, travel requirements, office management, administration and personnel, financial and accounting operations, file and records management, protocol, research, and customer service.
Foreign Military Sales DTI Associates, a Haverstick company, has been providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Management, Engineering Technical Assistance, and Program Management Services since 1988. This support has grown to include 21 countries with 77 FMS cases that have an average total balance of more than $500 million of FMS funding.
Our FMS Financial Management Services are bolstered through our extensive knowledge of STARS/COBRA, MISIL, MOCAS, DSAMS, CERP, and FMIS. We deliver many products and services, including a monthly FMS Manager's Financial Notebook containing an accurate balance for 21 countries with 77 FMS cases with real-time updates as funding documents are processed. Also, snapshots of all SPDs, detailed reports showing documents processed against each PDLI, database information to track Procurement Request/Work Request and price, availability and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) records. Our analysts also provide experienced case closure support for the recoupment of excess funds, contract reconciliation and disbursement discrepancies (UMD/NULOs). These services are bolstered by senior level support for Financial Management Review (FMR), Case Management Review (CMR), and Case Reconciliation Review (CRR).
Beyond our financial services, we also provide Engineering Technical Services and Field Service Engineers. For the former, we provide the FMS Manager's Technical Reference notebook and support Program Management Reviews. For the latter, we provide in-country technical support to FMS countries, including installation of new weapon systems, fault Isolation and diagnosis, test and evaluation reports, and training. |
