On average, our associates have more than 15 years of experience and come from diverse backgrounds in government agencies such as Department of Defense, Navy, NASA, Air Force, Department of Labor; commercial firms such as IBM, Digital, HP, Sun, Cisco, Roche, Cummins, Lilly, Rolls Royce; and consulting firms such as Accenture, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen, IBM Global Services, and EDS.
WORK/LIFE BALANCE
Tired of long work weeks and hectic travel schedules? Unlike many consulting firms, Haverstick goes to great lengths to ensure that our consultants enjoy a healthy work/life balance. While a small group of "specialists" may travel longer distances, more than 75 percent of our consultants work within 50 miles of their local Haverstick office. Out-of-town travel is the exception rather than the rule. And, you will make it home for dinner. The work week averages 45 hours with extended hours limited to a minority of our projects.
