Haverstick hires experienced professionals who love challenging projects and thrive on continuous learning. On average, our associates have more than 15 years of experience and come from diverse backgrounds in government agencies such as Department of Defense, Navy, NASA, Air Force, Department of Labor; commercial firms such as IBM, Digital, HP, Sun, Cisco, Roche, Cummins, Lilly, Rolls Royce; and consulting firms such as Accenture, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen, IBM Global Services, and EDS.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE
Tired of long work weeks and hectic travel schedules?  Unlike many consulting firms, Haverstick goes to great lengths to ensure that our consultants enjoy a healthy work/life balance. While a small group of "specialists" may travel longer distances, more than 75 percent of our consultants work within 50 miles of their local Haverstick office. Out-of-town travel is the exception rather than the rule. And, you will make it home for dinner. The work week averages 45 hours with extended hours limited to a minority of our projects.
