Typical Staffing Positions
Mentor—10–15 years’ industry experience plus an advanced Instructional Design degree. Will work on the job with your key resources in a group or 1:1 setting to transfer knowledge, coach behavior, and impact performance.
Curriculum Manager—10+ years’ industry experience. Works with the business and training manager to ensure that learning is blended into a curriculum that truly meets the needs of the business.
Instructional Designers—5+ years of industry experience. Works with SMEs and the training manager/Curriculum Manager to ensure that the content is both relevant to the business and is presented in a manner that fosters retention.
Web Developers—3+ years of industry experience. Works in tandem with an Instructional Designer, usually developing from storyboards. Our Web Developers are creative, innovative problem-solvers who have graphic design and user-interface skills.
LMS Tool Specialist— 3+ years of industry experience. Our consultants have experience implementing and supporting a number of the leading LMS and LCMS systems (Saba, Docent, IBM, etc).
